Ganaches with original tastes
A ganache is made by adding high-quality chocolate to heated cream. This blend can then be mixed with butter and/or sugar.
The resulting product can then be flavoured in various ways for our different ranges :
- Spices and flavourings : cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla
- Alcohol : Amaretto, Grand Marnier, Armagnac, Rum, Kirsch
- Flowers : violets
- Fruit : lemon, cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, passion fruit, chestnut, orange, apple, grapefruit, grapes
- Infusions : coffee, mint, tea, lemon verbena
