Ganaches with original tastes

A ganache is made by adding high-quality chocolate to heated cream. This blend can then be mixed with butter and/or sugar.
The resulting product can then be flavoured in various ways for our different ranges :

  • Spices and flavourings : cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla
  • Alcohol : Grand Marnier, Rum, Kirsch
  • Flowers : violets
  • Fruit : lemon, cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, passion fruit, chestnut, orange, apple, grapefruit, grapes
  • Infusions : coffee, mint, tea, lemon verbena
